Heliotrope bee has about 90000 square feet area allocated for its beekeeping apparel manufacturing facilities which totally consist of 5 buildings and 10 production halls. All the buildings and the production system have 24-hour backup with electric generators as well as over 100 solar panels to ensure production efficiency and on-time delivery.

Our buildings not only consist of production halls but also container yards and warehouses to store our finished beekeeping clothing products. Heliotrope bee also has a 90000 square feet area which can be further extended for manufacturing purposes.

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

Concept and Development

The first stage of beekeeping apparel production starts with pattern or blueprint making of the garments according to the client's given requirements. The designers make use of details like design, style, color, size, and custom beekeeping prints to create a conceptual design or sketch of the garment, also known as a garment sample.

Sampling

The first sample of the beekeeping garments is created according to the client's given details and is sent for inspection and approval. These samples are made at the client's request. We only start our production process once our beekeeping apparel is approved and meets all quality requirements.

Cutting
